"Clean room, great breakfast option included. Lots of tables and different selections of foods. This is our second Best Western in the last month and I must say I am becoming a believer in this chain. I grew up with Them and I always looked at them differently, and as I traveled a lot for my last career, I saw many different chains. I am totally becoming a fan again. Great job. I will look for these now as we travel in the future....great job"

"This hotel was very well kept and clean, and it was in a nice area. The free breakfast was really delicious. The pool was nice and heated. The front desk receptionist who checked us was a younger man with glasses. He was very nice and accommodating. I would 100% stay here again."

"Rooms weren't dusted, stayed for a week, and saw the same dust. Bathroom could use some updating, tub chipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and hot. Easy to find and get to off of I-75."

"Está perfectamente localizado. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para un viaje corto o largo, da igual. Es excelente. Cuando entras en la habitación sientes como si estuviese en casa, la misma paz. Pienso que en la limpieza deben mejorar un poco basicamente en el baño, porque el resto estaba impecable. El desayuno fue excelente, bien variado y rico. Lo recomiendo 100%"

"My stay on 3rd floor was horrendous due to the upstairs ppl. They walked across the non- carpeted floors practically all nite. May have gotten 2 hrs sleep b4 I had to travel to Marco island for my son's wedding. I was told by front desk I would receive a 25% discount....I do not see it on my account...it still says $162....pending. This was the most terrible experience I have ever experienced in a hotel....seriously. I'll wait and see if the discount appears. Sidebar....the 2 ladies at the...

"Excelente experiencia. El hotel estaba muy limpio, la habitación era cómoda y bien equipada, y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de las playas y de varios restaurantes. El ambiente es tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de Naples. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que visite la zona."

"The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel."
