When we first arrived everything seemed pleasant, staff friendly and took us to our room. We stayed on the third floor and the room was very spacious, ac worked well and pleasant seating on the balcony. However the bathroom had an abundance of insects, mostly around the drain, in addition to the bidet hose dripping water continuously. The insects grew in number over our three night stay and became increasingly off putting.
Moreover, the hotel is connected with a ferry operator with the same name (Dcamel fast ferry). I messaged the hotel to ask how much it would be for the boat to Sanur and they quoted 350k per person. When I asked Dcamel staff at the dock how much it costs they quoted 250k. I ended up booking through 12go which costed me 200kpp. So if you are in a similar position be aware the hotel may try to overcharge you.
Also, breakfast was a simple choice between eggs and pancake with a drink. Pool looked nice too, but need to fish out the floating leaves.
