"We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with recommendations and check-in. The location was convenient, and amenities like the bar and common areas made it easy to unwind. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Upon checking in everything was excellent. Panca greeted us warmly. Our initial room was good but there was construction going on which was very loud and not conducive for resting when in room. We were able to change room thanks to Anissa .Other staff of mention is Ening ,Taria (Surfers corner) Nova ,Johanna( waterfall) Julia (waitress) Gilang, Puta(massage ) Ginara( Balinese folklore) Ginuwine Muda Meke (housekeeper for room 1271 Oct 9-16"
