"Pollyanna, was really helpful even I didn’t speak any Portuguese. Helped me to book a tour at last minute. When I got transferred from Sao Luis and arrived around 8:30 am, she checked me in without any extra charge. Breakfast was really good with wonderful views on top floor of hotel. Had a great time there. "

Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options.
