Hotel dekat Lenk-Betelberg Ski Area

"We visited in June for an overnight stop. I was surprised that there was just an envelope on the reception desk with my name on and we never saw a staff member the whole time we were there. With that aside the room was lovely, spacious and clean and I couldn't fault it."

"Frühstück findet in einem anderen Hotel statt. Es gab keine Reception und das Hotel war nicht angeschrieben, also schwer zu finden. Zentrale Lage."

"Very Nice Experience. Staff was very helpful"

"Everything about the stay was perfect and as described property is in a well maintained area and has an amazing view rooms are very nice and affordable as well made my Switzerland trip amazing"

"We had a great stay here! Room was nice and upgraded, staff was so kind. They realized we walked from the train station so arranged a ride for us in the morning. The breakfast was also good"

"Beautifully renovated small hotel originally built in the 60s. Beds we're comfortable, breakfast was delicious and views out the balcony were magnificent! We stayed two nights. It was a great place to stay for our day trip to Zermatt."

"Clean room, helpful staff and we have a great stay there."

"A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful town, surrounded by lovely scenery. We only wish we had more time to explore the area and take in more of its beauty! Everyone at Alaia was so friendly and welcoming and this was...

"Good"

"Good Location and convenient. But check in at 4pm is way too late and 11 am for check out i didn't like it."

"The hotel has a charming vintage-style design, with beautiful decorative pieces displayed throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and included a balcony, as well as two sleeping areas separated by a curtain. The only downsides were the shower, where it was difficult to control the water temperature, and the breakfast, which was basic. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay."

"This property had the most convenient location to access lake Oeschinensee with all the alpine amenities. Proper gym, lovely sauna, and the on site dining was delightful. Breakfast was a huge hit for my whole family but the seasonal pumpkin soup and salad were unmatched and by far the best thing eaten while in Switzerland. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were accommodating and clean. 10/10, would recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay. The wine tasting was very enjoyable. Hospitality was great."

"The hotel was ok The pillow very old need to be changed. It was more flat than the curtain. So I used the curtain as a.pillow after rolling it It needs to be changed . We go to hotel to sleep first so .. the bed should be the most important The parking hirs the car down as it curve is too big Otherwise staff ok and breakfast classic but helpful in the morning"
