La casetta presentava evidenti problemi di manutenzione e di pulizia, con aria condizionata non funzionante e piscina dall'acqua verdognola. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza del figlio della proprietaria, che si è scusato, ma i problemi non sono stati risolti. A causa del caldo e delle condizioni dell'alloggio, ho deciso di lasciare la struttura la stessa sera e trasferirmi altrove....

"Location perfect, breakfast was excellent and room was comfortable and spacious"

"Overall experience was very good. The suite was unusually decorated, large and clean. It was at the front of the hotel and there was some residual noise from the street. AC was good and housekeeping was efficient. It’s in a good location for Via Etna, Piazza Duomo and other spots and very close to a host of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to interact with them. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not in keeping with the style or ‘sense’ of the hotel. The restaurant struggled to keep with the demand of a lot of guests having breakfast at the same time. There was very little information about the services in the hotel. Nothing in the room or advertised around the hotel. The gym was very small."
