"The place was beautiful, the room was clean. The staff was so nice, they showed us to our room. The only issue is, they definitely need more instillation. You could hear someone blowing their nose from the next room (awkward). Everything else was fantastic."

"The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it."

"We booked this place last minute on a road trip. We chose it for convenience and the amenities, pool for my daughter and gym for the husband. We decided to go by and check them out after we checked in only to find out the pool was closed for a chemical imbalance and the gym was closed for a major water leak, but it looked fine from the outside. "The property is maintained well. The room was spacious and clean. Having a good size mini fridge, microwave and table with chairs was very much appreciated. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The outdoor pool was awesome. Area was very peaceful. We went bowling nearby and had an amazing time. A bit too far from Sight and Sound theater which was the reason for our trip but it was our decision to book there."

"Our room was very clean but that was the only area that was. Hallways filthy and everything was run down. Pool is closed. Rugs are disgusting., thankfully the room had a lament floor. Disappointing for $350 a night! "

""A little bit funky" is how I would describe Lancaster Arts Hotel. Definitely different, and all in a good way. My requirements for a stellar hotel always includes: clean, comfortable and quiet, and LAH checked all those boxes. Loved the original art work on the walls. The shrimp bisque, ordered on the recommendation of the bartender, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. All employees were cheerful and helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future."
