"Our stay was great! For the price, the value was amazing. The location is great, it's actually nice being away from the zona hotelera. There are a few suggestions I have for the hotel management that caught me off guard, but other than that, it was amazing especially for the price.
Suggestions:
1. The biggest thing was that the pool is NOT heated. We went when it was 65-75 degrees F, and the pool was pretty cold the entire time. We had to get a few drinks deep in order to swim comfortably....

"The whole place was awesome. The site was very clean and just as I expected from the pics I saw on the Expedia Website. Super peaceful place. The food was excellent and the bar staff was super friendly.
A huge shoutout to my man at the front desk Christian for all the help he was. Anything I needed he was right on top of it. It wouldn’t have been the same without his assistance."

"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through.
The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi.
The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I...
