"I’ll speak positive first, the room was beyond spacious, very clean, great area, decent bed, living area was nice and so was the staff. The breakfast was good enough but they ran out of things and didn’t refill. I’d still go back based on these things. Great job here. However the pool area… I selected this hotel based off 2 things. Location and hot tub. The pool area was distasteful. I had cancer and go in small vacations with hopes of soaking achy muscles. This isn’t the first time hotels.com sent me off, it’s about the 5th. Photos weren’t updated at all. Had I seen an accurate photo from this site I would’ve NEVER paid the extra $250 for this place. The pool area was rusted, smelly, and gross. The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool looked like minimal maintenance had been done. The bottom of the pool couldn’t be seen, that’s how dirty the water was. The water fountains were rusted out and should be removed. I called ahead of time to make sure the hot tub was functional since I’ve been misled so many times by this site. I was told it’s working and booked. I’m beyond disappointed once again. I can’t believe the lie I was told or the false pics presented by hotels.com. Time and time again I get disappointed and walk away from my relaxing getaway in pain."

"Staff was very nice and sc imitating. Gift/snack shop barely stocked. No vending machine upstairs. Beds were not made well at all. Mattress was old , dirt and didn’t fit bed. There were blood stains on mattress cover, Floor hand been swept in a long bit , around the wi fie the were dead bugs and dirt in the wi did seal as we as the floor. Stuff stuck to my feet. Night stand hadn’t been cleaned for quite a bit. The cost of room from hotels.Von was $144 +, my tr pit from hotel Was only for $100.34. Huge discrepancy? Of this is the up charge for using hotels.com I will No longer be using them. $40 is a huge difference and for the quality of room was way too much To be on the fair side, hotel is in mid renovations . Howe er, still no ex use for lack of cleanliness in the rooms. "
