"I booked my stay online and selected to pay at the property when I arrived and though I selected the given option to pay at the property because they still chose to run my card on file, my stay was canceled that I had a whole week in advance to my trip and was never notified that because the attempted charge did not go through my stay was canceled until I arrived at the hotel for check-in and was given no help to resolve this matter. until I came back inside the building over 40 minutes later for them to tell me all of a sudden they had an available room, the same exact type of room I booked online prior to coming. The lack of help, concern or initiative to solve this matter from the front desk, staff was truly unprofessional to deal with"

"Staff was very nice and sc imitating. Gift/snack shop barely stocked. No vending machine upstairs. Beds were not made well at all. Mattress was old , dirt and didn’t fit bed. There were blood stains on mattress cover, Floor hand been swept in a long bit , around the wi fie the were dead bugs and dirt in the wi did seal as we as the floor. Stuff stuck to my feet. Night stand hadn’t been cleaned for quite a bit. The cost of room from hotels.Von was $144 +, my tr pit from hotel Was only for $100.34. Huge discrepancy? Of this is the up charge for using hotels.com I will No longer be using them. $40 is a huge difference and for the quality of room was way too much To be on the fair side, hotel is in mid renovations .
