"Quadruple room was too small even for 1 person. We stayed in much bigger and better hotel in nearby La Spezia for half the price. Also the description was misleading, it said 2 double beds and 2 single beds, while it actually was 1 double bed (which is for 2 people) and 1 bunk bed. Check in was cumbersome as they couldn't explain in clear English that that room can actually take 4 people, also the room reeked tobacco smoke (though they changed it after). "The perfect place to access Cinque Terre. If you want to stay close but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle this hotel is for you. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a perfect amenity. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, views are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are just incredible, made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was out of this world wonderful, so much variety. Onsite restaurant for dinner was delicious (I recommend the polpo!!) Dario, Giorgio, Karla, Massimo, Franccesco, breakfast staff, etc. some of the most memorable people! We will be back💚"
