I should have left when I first got to the place because while I was checking in the property owner was reading off a clipboard full of his personal rules while staying at the property... "It is a new hotel that still smells new. Everything works and is clean throughout the property. The staff were nice and helpful. Comfortable beds and a better than expected breakfast. We will return. The parking is less than desirable. Limited street parking or $15 per day valet."

"No breakfast, but they charged an EXTRA "Resort Fee" of $15 per day and there was nothing that would classify as a resort except an unheated pool! This fee was charged in addition to what Expedia charged. Furthermore, they put a $100 hold on my credit card that is still there after 6 days!"

"Place was just ok for a couple night stay. You have to go to another loction to pick up and drop off key. Staff there were friendly. Not to far away, within walking distance. Couple blocks away from waterfront area. Bed was ok, couch to sit on was not very good. Room was roomy. Shower flow for hot water was not very good. There is a decent size outdoor sitting area. You will hear noise. I don't think I would stay here again."

They talked and laughed very loud all evening long. I don't mind people having fun but these guests did not respect other neighbors. I had to call front desk twice.
