"As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers.

"The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away. They also asked the kitchen at the connected restaurant to let us in before they closed as we got in late the night before. The food was amazing, by the way! The best cheeseburger we've ever had. "Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points.
breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good!
Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new!
Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing.
Ski hire shop in basement was well...
"Great location . Right in the middle of the very charmimg town of Bourg St. Maurice. On a Rue piétonne. Clean, rustic amd modern mixed together to offer full comfort and character stay.
