"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Perfect location in Belle Plagne, everything is nearby. We had the appartement which was perfect for a family with two kids. Also the frontdesk/ reception was very helpful and friendly. "

"Superbe emplacement au pied des pistes et à côté du petit village belle plagne ! Cependant les logements devrait être rénové (exemple moquette au sol) et pas assez de prises dans la chambre par exemple. Mais l’emplacement et l’accueil sont parfaits. "

"Es un lugar maravilloso! El hotel queda inmerso en la montaña y queda literal en medio de pistas de ski. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado (cocina con todos los electrodomésticos) y es muy agradable, con una vista hermosa de la montaña. Además en el complejo hay restaurantes y un mini-supermercado muy surtido. Había leído un comentario que decía que casi no se conseguía viveres y me preocupaba, pero es muy fácil."

"not family friendly as only kitchen plug on the ground for kettles/ toaster etc also stated in details free access to deep nature spa with over 7 nights stay but we werent able to access this, when i asked reception they said they are a hotel not a pool. dont offer something if you wont allow it to be made available!"
