"Typical B&B hotel, basic but clean with on-site parking. Helpful staff, breakfast available but very limited local dining options. Peppino's pizzeria - run by the slightly nutty and very funny Vincent ("Van-sonn") - is a 10 minute walk / 2 minute drive away. Fine as an overnight stop but not recommended for longer stays purely due to location."

"Hotel is gorgeous and in a perfect location. Our room was spacious with a huge bath and comfortable bed. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was not very strong- but the staff provided us with a fan that was a big help."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre court séjour au Clos du Jas, nous aimons tous les deux trouver des petits lieux charmants comme celui-ci et n'avons pas été déçus. Toutes les instructions et informations dont nous avons besoin lors de notre arrivée sont très bien expliquées et permettent d'arriver même tard dans la nuit, ce qui était appréciable. "Staying here, right in the center of Aix en Provence was a terrific choice. The room was delightful, including wonderful air conditioning on a very hot evening. The staff was terrific, welcoming us early into the restaurant for our complimentary glass of champagne and helping us find a great food tour for the next day. Breakfast, which was included with the room rate was fantastic. I would highly recommend this great property and their delightful staff for your time in Aix en Provence!"

"The place has a hostel feel to it. The entryway and garden are dirty but the room itself was clean. The communication with management was slow but when they did respond they were very accommodating. The room was a good size, the place was quiet and in a convenient location. All in all, I’d say it’s not bad for a short stay."
