"We had a wonderful stay at ARA Alcudia. Leading up to our stay we received check in information from Paco who was a friendly and welcoming host throughout our stay. We arrived late to the hotel to check in, the check in was straight forward and the next working we received a warm welcome from Catalina with helpful advice as to where to visit and rent bikes from for the week. "This is a great hotel to stay in. It's close to a wonderful beach and is adjacent to a large sea water lake. The staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and always had a lovely smile for us. The food is excellent and you really couldn't want for more freshly cooked meals. The only negative is the location. There are lots of cheap supermarkets in the area. We would go back and stay at the Bamboo though as it's a great hotel if you're looking for somewhere to chill out."

"Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves."

"Schöne Anlage mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Leckeres veganes Frühstück (vegetarisch hätte auch gereicht), früher Checkin war möglich. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, am Pool fehlen Tische bzw. die Liegestühle und Schirme sind nicht sehr hochwertig und passen nicht in das sonst stimmige Gesamtbild. Das Restaurant war durchgehend geschlossen."
