"This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, room is small and smelly with no air conditioning and if you open the windows the street noise is deafening. The staff are rude and hostile. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to a nearby hotel to spend the night"

"Stayed 1 night here in May 2026. Location was good, within walking distance of train station, restaurants, and Lake Geneva.
Received email during stay that air conditioning wouldn’t be activated “from mid-May onwards” for environmental reasons. We stayed at the end of May and A/C was still not working. With temperatures of 30 C during the day, the room was quite warm at night.
It would have also been helpful to receive Geneva transport card prior to stay instead of after check-in so we...

"Wonderful hotel.
Bit of a walk from the train station, but it's well worth it.
The staff were wonderful. always so helpful and willing to share advice - which was very useful while the G7 protest was going on.
The choice from the breakfast buffet was perfect for my taste.
Regretably, I didn't make use of the bar - but there is always next time!
The hotel is really nicely situated in a quiet area, not far from the lake edge.
I will definately be coming back to this hotel."

"We really appreciated the staff! We discovered that the AC in our room wasn’t working so they worked diligently to get us into another room, and happily it was an upgraded room. Unfortunately however, the AC also didn’t work in that room. Because it was so late we slept in the heat. Ultimately we left happy- perhaps the issue was our expectations- the staff made up for any hot sleeping conditions. We would stay here again for the hospitality!
