"Rooms are nice. Staff is a little laid back and sometimes a little slow. Bathroom layout is dangerous with tub opening on a slant and half glass door that's in the way and not very functional. Towel warmer did not work. Loud water noise from adjacent room. Great on-site dining options."

Received email during stay that air conditioning wouldn’t be activated “from mid-May onwards” for environmental reasons. We stayed at the end of May and A/C was still not working. With temperatures of 30 C during the day, the room was quite warm at night. It would have also been helpful to receive Geneva transport card prior to stay instead of after check-in so we...
