"Prachtig appartement in een mooi gerenoveerde Franse woning. De omgeving is rustig en idyllisch. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een uitstekend bed. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, betrokken en heel gastvrij. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen of als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Giverny (tuinen Monet), Parijs, Versailles en Auvers sur Oise (Van Gogh)."

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, ci ha offerto la stanza nel cottage allo stesso prezzo perché la nostra aveva una scala ripida per accedervi e con una neonata non ce la sentivamo. Colazione fantastica, tutto local e di qualità! Anche qui massima flessibilità, nonostante siamo arrivati dopo l’orario della colazione, non hanno avuto problemi a servirci. Il posto è incantevole"

"Demeure au charme bucolique, des prestations haute gamme, literie de qualité avec un lit extra large tellement agréable. Le petit déjeuner dans la véranda d'époque si joliment décorée est parfait complet varié, tout est fait maison pour les confitures et le propriétaire est discret et disponible, vraiment un accueil charmant comme la demeure, l'été le parc et la piscine doivent être très agréables, n'oublions pas l'accueil du chien à notre arrivée très sympathique. "I had an awesome time. Besides the things to do in Vexen area, the hospitality is superb. The holidays are wonderful people. The continental breakfast in the morning include some world-class, home made confitures. Ditto on the home made yogurt. Great coffee too. BTW the two cats are great. Both friendly and affectionate. Almost forgot to mention that is near Giverny, a must see once in your life. "

"Our stay at colors du temp was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling from the u.s. and a day of driving and sightseeing! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and didn’t mind our lack of French language. We had the top floor of the house to ourselves, they had many amenities that unfortunately we were too tired to use. Florence helped order a pizza for dinner and provided a lovely breakfast. A beautiful place to stay when in the Giverny area."

"An absolutely beautiful little hotel set in a gorgeous location near to the banks of the Seine. The guesthouse itself is simply fantastic and Bruno and Laurent are the perfect hosts, genuinely making you feel at home. As everyone else mentions the breakfast is delicious and plentiful! If you try anything the cheeses are amazing - I’d have gladly foregone my evening meal to eat them with a glass of local red. We’re already plotting ways to get back soon! "
