"Personal muy servicial, la chica de recepción nos ayudó en todo. Habitación pequeña y poco cómoda para pasar tiempo en ella, un poco ruidosa también. Todos los servicios tienen un coste extra, nada incluido, ni el agua ( 3 euros ). Buenas situación para moverte en coche por todos los pueblos de la zona."

"THIS is the place to stay when staying near Saint Jean De Luz. We actually decided to book here last-minute after our other hotel (highly rated, btw) was lackluster and we wanted to keep the good vacation vibes going. This is a renovated estate with the original building dating from the 1600s. We stayed in the smallest room, but even this was super well appointed and comfortable for two people. The pool area is amazing, and it's so nice to have a Michelin-rated restaurant as part of the auberge....

"La habitación estaba limpia pero en nuestra estancia no nos han hecho ningún día la habitación, el personal era muy atento y amable. La comida podría ser mejor, poca variedad y escasa el buffet del desayuno y el de la cena, además se les acaba y no pueden reponer porque ya se les ha acabado, no hay buena planificación de la comida. Es ideal para familias, tiene psicina, zona de juegos canastas y porterías, frontón, futbolín, billar y animación por la noche. La pega es q todo es pronto en Francia...

We liked having breakfast in the garden (which used to be the playground) and having a walk down to the fantastic beaches and cafes of Guethary. The town of Bera is known for being the place where Pío Baroja and his famous relativos lived and died. We wished to hear the sounds of the notable organ located at the cathedral, but it was not possible fue to unavailability of Church officials. "Hôtel très bien situé et c’est son point fort. Un peu vieillot mais ça fait son charme. Par contre la personne à l’accueil n’y est quasiment jamais. Il délégue tout à sa femme de ménage même l’encaissement d’une facture de séjour…!! Nous aurions pu quitter notre chambre sans payer… Difficile à accepter vu le prix et le peu de chambres finalement. Voilà comment ce qui pourrait être une pépite se transforme en gâchis par le manque de professionnalisme d’une personne censée y travailler. Même en...
