"What an amazing find! An absolutely beautiful family run hotel in such a great location to visit the amazing Dinan, with its medieval ramparts and numerous medieval buildings. Kevin & Roxana who own and run this hotel are the perfect hosts. We stayed in the suite for 5 nights and had our own courtyard and kitchen area, which was excellent as we had our dog staying with us. The service offered by Kevin & Roxana and all their staff was exceptional and I could not rate them any higher. We had travelled previously from Vannes which we thought was amazing arriving in Dinan and can only say Wow, Wow and Wow, what a city and a great location to visit the surrounding areas. The city is stunning and has everything you want for a fantastic holiday. If you have never been to Dinan before, don’t hesitate, just go and stay in this wonderful hotel and I hope your holiday is as enjoyable as ours!"

"Great location in Dinan; breakfast was excellent. The only negative (and not the hotel’s fault) was parking. As the hotel is in the centre of Dinan there is no parking available other than a municipal parking centre located about 150 meters from the hotel. This cost on average about €25 per night. Otherwise, an excellent hotel and we will be back!!"

"Very congenial and helpful staff, especially Georgia who checked us in. Location is very convenient to good restaurants; e.g., Le Bretagne Bistro right next door, and reasonably quiet. The breakfast is superb - a variety of pastries, baked goods including crepes, sliced meats, and eggs which one can boil to one's own liking. While there is no refrigerator in the room, unlimited free filtered water is available in the lobby, and ice is available upon request. There is air conditioning in the room, which is quite rare in lodging in Brittany - a major reason we chose this hotel because of a scorching heat wave. Shower pressure was strong with hot water. Overall excellent."

"Hotel is situated halfway up a very steep and cobbled lane. It was difficult finding which door to get in. However everything else was fine. But taking a heavy electric cycle off the road and up steep stairs to a cycle parking area was difficult for me ( 80) but the proprietor carried it up for me. Breakfast was adequate. Other guests has problems in finding the hotel too as there is no parking nearby ."

"This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful building and grounds. We stayed in ‘The Princess’s Room’ which is glorious. Full length embroidered silk curtains and lovely feature detailing. It is not the room to choose if you want a ‘normal’ easy access shower; it’s original 1920’s fittings are a very large enamel bath (good for two) and a hand held only shower head. The room has been beautifully restored and its 1920’s mosaic decoration is fabulous. (The other rooms have modern bathroom fittings with walking / wet room showers , as well as both stair and elevator access.) The hostess is very welcoming and clearly massively invested in the very beautiful restoration (on going) of both the house, buildings and garden/estate. The gardens are of note with some very special plants, particularly roses. Whilst we were staying, 6 guided garden tours took place with both our hostess/owner and the estate’s gardener engaging groups of 30 visitors in a 90 minute tour and talk. The history of the area is fascinating and Dinan is a beautiful town with much to offer. We ate very well, and know that should you ask the hostess where to eat she will only recommend restarants and which she personally thinks are good! A great place to start - especially with the Port of Dinan being within easy walking of the Chateau and having too many restaurants to choose from! We had the most delightful stay and will be aiming to return again, with others😊😊😊👌"
