"The description stated a partially enclosed bathroom and showed the bathroom. The photo showed a dark blue privacy curtain for the bathroom area, however upon arrival we immediately noticed there was no curtain. For us, a long time married couple, it was funny as we were only staying for the night on a long drive. "

"Valerie at the front desk, professional and personable. Her customer service to me and others was exemplar. To boot, my room seemed recently renovated, it was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, plenty of shower hot water. Further, it was close and quick to the main road, with a bar / restaurant on the premises. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again."

"La gamme d'activités de l'hôtel à des prix accessibles, pas loin de Montréal, c'est ce qui m'attire chez Cheribourg. Je viens ici avec mes enfants au moins une fois par année depuis 2019. Il manque un peu de maintenance, surtout dans la portion des jeux, mais c'est très bon quand même. Avant, il y avait une programmation remplie pour les enfants, maintenant, l'agenda se limite aux horaires des films. C'est un hôtel qu'on peut s'amuser en hiver comme en été, en cas de pluie ou de soleil. On l'adore!"
