"My stay at Hix Island House was wonderful! The property was very clean and just as described on the website. It was peaceful, relaxing, and romantic, making it the perfect place to unwind. I especially loved the pool area—it was beautiful and so enjoyable. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The only thing I missed was having a TV in the room, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Hix Island House and would love to stay again!"

"The resort is in need of serious repair & renovation. The plumbing didn't with properly & we were instructed to put toilet tissue in the trash instead of the toilet, just disgusting. The shower/tube has drainage issues. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NEVER RETURNING, DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Great Location and Comfortable Rooms, but Operations Could Be Tighter Overall, I had a good stay at Orient Beach Hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5. The rooms are spacious, modern, well-appointed, and easy to navigate. I stayed in a ground-floor unit and really enjoyed the patio, oceanfront view, and breeze. The location is excellent.
