"Upon checking in everything was excellent. Panca greeted us warmly. Our initial room was good but there was construction going on which was very loud and not conducive for resting when in room. We were able to change room thanks to Anissa .Other staff of mention is Ening ,Taria (Surfers corner) Nova ,Johanna( waterfall) Julia (waitress) Gilang, Puta(massage ) Ginara( Balinese folklore) Ginuwine Muda Meke (housekeeper for room 1271 Oct 9-16"

"The room was spacious and clean! The staff were all friendly. The hotel is in walking distance to so much shopping, restaurants, and drinks, and a quick drive from the airport"
