"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was too good to not. Let’s start with Brandy, excellent customer service. I had called earlier in the week to confirm we could drop bags off early, she was lovely then and then was amazing for our check in. Was able to get us checked in early and by time we left, she felt like one of the girls. Night time front desk staff was the same way. Always checking in, asking about our plans, making recommendations etc. absolutely amazing property, very clean, quiet and conveniently located. I will be staying here anytime I’m in Charlotte again! "

"The place is really nice and it’s real clean! The only downfall is the staff they had at the check-in. We checked in about 3:30ish and she looked like she was over it and annoyed. Not really friendly, however when they switched staffs the guy that took over was great! He was super friendly and nice and even gave my dog a doggie treat bag. Overall it was great! "

"I got in super late and needed a clean comfortable place to crash staff was super nice I wish I could remember her name . She was very accommodating. I slept like a baby . I most definitely will be back !"
