"Urban Inn is an absolutely funky little gem in an old, refurbished building that I discovered by chance. The communication from management was excellent & self check-in process was easy. We were lucky to arrive at lunchtime to find our room ready for us earlier than the standard check-in time. The studio is spacious & comfortable with cute vintage furnishings. "The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way. the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking. The hotel spa was also very great, we enjoyed it. The reception clerks were really nice, helpful and patient with our many questions, especially Amelie."

"Equipped well, bed comfortable just missing paper towels. Also, pots are non stick making it harder to clean by hand, but with dishwasher it is ok!"

"The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much "

"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant...

"A little challenging to get to it but nice and clean. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon and did not hear back from the property manager on sheets until we had already left. It was very quiet. Plenty of room. "

"De accommodatie was prachtig en de locatie top, dichtbij winkels en restaurants. De kamer was heel mooi ingericht en schoon. Het ontbijt was duur maar uitgebreid. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met goede tips voor lekker eten en uitstapjes. De auto konden we parkeren in de garage onder het hotel. Wij komen zeker terug!"

"This is one of the best hotels i've stayed in. really enjoy the grand view of the castle from the dinning area, the breakfast and the dinner here are wonderful, the desert is wonderful. the room has a great balcony , it is just a very pleasant experience staying here. "
