"Hallways were unvacuumed, drapes in every room were torn, furniture worn and soiled, hot tub out of service, no hot water, expired milk in fridge, breakfast provided was watery eggs and sausage gravy had SCANT sausage. No creamer available. Staff was made aware of all the above and blamed management. There were broken sidewalks, people loading their cars through the windows. What a dump! Our granddaughter was graduating college and we are thankful we won't ever need to revisit your hotel."
"Check in time was at 3 and everyone was being turned away from their reserved rooms bc they were still not cleaned. After waiting three hours, they gave me a different room. Staff was kind but this is hands down the worst and loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. When we went to our room the walkways were "clean" but by morning there was puke in two places on the upper level. I suppose for the price it was manageable but definitely a dive."
"The staff would t do anything about the barking dog in the room next to us. He barked for 3 hours straight. When I asked chuck the front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do even though the pet policy was displayed right behind him that stated otherwise. Super unhelpful and grumpy "
"The shade would not function. The ceiling tiles were pulled back and 3 of them open. We tried to cool the room off and it was on air conditioning and set it 65 and it didn't get any cooler than 75. The bed was lumpy. Hard in spots and soft in areas. I was supposed to have king with sleeper sofa. No sofa! No information given at check-in. "
"When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room. I had to make other arrangements after driving 11 hours to get there."
