"The room was very clean! The bed was comfortable. The door did not want to open. I returned to the office and complained and asked the lady to show me. The key did not fit the bolt lock but did fit the knob & turned. When she showed me she bulldozed the door with her shoulder and it opened. The room did not have a hair dryer. The light switch at the door did not work. We arrived after dark and had to fumble to turn on a light in the middle of room."
