While I only stayed one night. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and want to help. It is also extremely close to the maid of the mist and all the fun!
When I arrived, there was a queue of 4 people and the manager rushed out to speed the process up.
The staff also aided me with recommendations for food and the best place to watch the fireworks.
The only two negatives I could pull was that parking was $15 a day, but this was still cheaper than the closest car park. As well...

We only stayed two nights and i wish it could have been more. Super comfortable beds, quiet room, great choices at breakfast and very helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Location wise, it was perfect. Not in the centre, and not far out, with just the right walking distance to the falls, the centre and the rainbow bridge to cross into Canada.

The best location for the falls (and also good for the walk to the Canadian side). Staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was the best in the area by far. A wonderful stay and we’d wholly recommend!

There’s a FlixBus stop right opposite the hotel; hence very convenient to travel from and to Buffalo Airport.

For a 2 star property, I have to say I was pleasantly supried, very clean, large rooms and very comfortable beds after spending 14 hours travelling from Boston to Niagara by train. Very close to Outlets and to the Falls on the US side. Such good value would definitely stay again!
