"I didn’t like that the food in Executive Lounge was not hot and no microwave for heating. Jordan and Jose’ (staff)were great in the lounge, helpful and friendly. I think that’s the two of them names we had on Monday morning."

Hyatt Place Charlotte/University Research Park

"Everything at this property is fantastic. Except I had an unexpected event arise and needed to check out one day early. When telling the hotel this at check in, the hotel said it was an Expedia issue and Expedia said it was a hotel issue. Have never seen a worse case of fingerpointing. Ever and I have seen every episode of Cops. Trip insurance denied the claim and am out 300 bucks. Do better Expedia"
