Ikke gæsteparat hotel
Vi var de første gæster på det nyåbnede hotel, hvor intet, absolut intet var afprøvet før vi ankom.
1. De kunne ikke se vores bestilling i deres bookingsystem. Dvs deres system var slet ikke oppe at køre. Og de kunne selvfølgelig ikke læse vores booking bekræftelse på dansk.
2. Deres wifi kørte i receptionsområdet, men ikke på værelserne (kodeordet virkede ikke og de vidste ikke hvordan de skulle ændre det. )
3. Airconditioningen virkede slet ikke på hele hotellet. Vi havde 30 grader på værelset hele døgnet.
4. Køleskabet på værelset var ikke sat til og el-stikket passede ikke i deres stikkontakter. EU elstik med tykke ben passer heller ikke.
5. Generelt er stikkontakterne ikke udført som normale europæisk standard.
6. Ingen bøjler i skabene.
7. Der er ingen bruseforhæng på badeværelserne, hvilket betydet at hele badeværelset (meget lille) sejler efter et bad.
8. Udsugning på badeværelset tændte jeg selv for ude på gangen (fandt et el-skab).
9. Ingen daglig rengøring selv om det fremgik af oversigten.
10. Det var også tydligt at restauranten ikke vidste, hvad man skulle/ville servere til morgenmad.
Hotellet er meget flot og arkitekttegnet, men det kniber med praktiske løsninger.
Personalet og hotel manageren var meget flinke, men var ikke i stand til at løse nogen af problemerne. Hotellet er meget flot, men desværre tror jeg ikke de vil være i stand til at vedligeholde det.
Som plaster på såret fik vi tilbudt gratis frokost og middag.
