"So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. TV has a mind of its own would turn off and on like another remote control was controlling it or something. "One of the pluses and reasons we like to stay at Embassy Suite is the happy hour and breakfast. This Embassy Suite Round Rock, happy hour is run by a drill sergeant and his bar ran out of beer during the first hour. Upset guest, walking away with no complimentary drink. Some folks were from out of state, made Texas look very unwelcoming. Don't brag about having complimentary drinks if you don't have it. The room was clean but had to ask for things, regular coffee instead of just decaf....etc."

"This hotel is located off the highway with easy access. There are several restaurants in the area. The staff provided excellent customer service, especially Mr. Eduardo, and Mrs. Stephanie at the front desk. Also. Mrs. Maria who oversees the kitchen was very attentive to my breakfast needs. "The shower did not really work, it kept spraying water out of the shower. The ac was loud but was working well. They put me next to the ice machine and cleaning section as far away from the elevators in an empty hotel. The hot tub jets did not work and the pool was freezing but that is probably more of a me thing. The staff was absolutely amazing."
