"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"I’ll lead with the good stuff. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Everything else was really subpar for our normal experiences with this chain. Visible debris on the hallway carpet (lots), multiple walls with paint in need of repair, and our room was visibly dirty on certain walls. Again- most important priority is the bed for me, so I was very pleased in that regard. Everything else just looked very worn compared to other properties we have stayed at in this chain. "

When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared very tired and even mentioned that she was falling asleep. During check-in, I asked about paying for a rollaway/extra bed for my 9-year-old son because the hotel’s website lists this amenity under the “Family Friendly” section.
