"I was charged double the deposit at check-in. The tv clicked loudly and didn’t connect well. The state of the pool didn’t look inviting to swim. Beds were comfortable. "

Bed was super comfortable, had to fix my own tv (it was wired wrong and wasn’t getting a signal). Front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. I have no issues with that, but, it’s a “smoke free” hotel"

"Overall good experience. Felt safe at this location. Needed a last minute hotel when our flight was cancelled. Very nice that they offer a shuttle to and from ORD. Breakfast spread was great!"

"Holiday Inn is always my go to hotel as the process of checking in and the complimentary breakfast is good. This particular Holiday Inn had a very good scent, like it just smell good and you an smell that walking around. "

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."
