Hotel was excellent in a good location but restaurants close on sunday and monday leaving one choice across the street and reservations are a most . The city of Libourne does not have a lot to offer and we do not think is it worth a visiting

Nous avions une obligation de temps ( célébration mariage )et devions pouvoir prendre nos chambres à 13 heures après avoir fait cette demande a la réception de l hôtel dés la réservation et ensuite la veille de notre arrivée , il m a été répondu que cela dépendait de l heure de libération des chambres donc pas de certitude ce qui fut le cas puisque nous avons pu prendre nos chambres qu'a 13h45 Je suis vraiment déçue qu'un établissement tel que celui de Libourne n'a pas réussi a libérer et préparer 2 chambres 1 heure avant l horaire officiel 14 heures est ce un manque d'organisation? n'a pas intégrer la notion de service CLIENT ?

1 nuit en couple

Séjour d'une nuit avec ma femme. La chambre est convenable pour le prix mais située a proximité direct d'un collège ce qui est plutôt bruyant le matin. Ne posera pas problème le week-end au contraire puisque la chambre ne donne pas sur la route. Propreté convenable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qui est servi.

The stay was lovely mostly: clean, comfortable and the staff were gravious and helpful. They are doing a lot of upgrading so there are workmen and noise during the day. Also thevrooms that look over the river get traffic noise.

This is a very nice place to stay in Libourne and the staff is very nice. We had an unfortunate problem in our trip, and they manage to help us solve it very efficiently.

Bonjour , hôtel en travaux donc pas dans de bonnes conditions pour passer un bon séjour Évacuation alarme feu hier soir , tout le matériel de chantier sur le palier d étage ,coupure d électricité ce matin dans la chambre ,bruit de travaux ce matin à partir de 8h30 et hier sur la fin de journée .un très mauvais rapport qualité prix
