Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. "Traveled with a 6 month old, and even my baby enjoyed his vacation. The staff is super friendly. We were celebrating our anniversary and our concierge Jose made sure we were celebrated. The restaurants have decent food. The resort had “A journey through Mexico” night with live Mariachi- which was pretty nice. The location of the resort is walking distance to Marina Boardwalk. Overall we had a great experience."

"We come back to Villa Del Palmar at Puerto Vallarta every now and then. We have been to a few other resorts, but Villa Del Palmar has been our favorite. This particular one at Puerto Vallarta has (a) very friendly staff who go out of the way to make you feel welcome (b) great quality of food, which taste authentic and high quality (c) a very short distance from the airport which makes it convenient to commute to/fro the airport."
