Room was very clean! Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was a continental breakfast. Air conditioning was great. I would definitely stay here again, especially because we were going to a concert at vidante. The water park wasn't ice bonus because if you choose to stay there you can go because it is included with the price and just to mention so is the breakfast

Imagine a beautiful room that comes with breakfast, internet and access to a water park with dolphins and a seal! It was incredible and the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great! Not the best coffee but still high rates overall!

Great Staff

Very nice hotel for access and quiet. Very friendly staff. Beds were a bit to firm for our backs. Great water slide area if sand flies were better controlled. Breakfast was good if you especially liked Mexican food daily.

It was pretty good bed is not so comfy but just for a night especially to enjoy the water park was worth the value paid. Breakfast options small but still good being included. Wasnt too happy with brown water coming out of the bathroom sink everytime you turn it on but nonetheless would visit again.
