"the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over..
The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, courteous and professional. Asked if we'd been to the city before and gave us directions and places to eat.The room was clean and warm when we arrived.
Would definitely consider staying again as it was only a 15min walk into the city centre. "

"Nic check in. Room clean and comfy. Did not eat in the onsite restaurant but went to the on site cafe. Food was delicious and friendly staff. Would recommend a stay"

"Spotlessly clean, great location. The price is very reasonable for the comfort and level of attentiveness at the hotel. We ate on site and the food was excellent, we ordered late night room service as well which was prompt and high quality. "

"Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet.
Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly.
I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "
