"Don’t stay in room 1101! We booked too late to get a beachfront view and had to settle for the “bay” view. But what this room had was a “roof” view, with a balcony whose total view consisted of a giant expanse of roof. Moreover, the restaurant vented its fumes up there, so it was so smelly as to be unusable. We really value our outdoor space in a hotel and were irked to pay over $600 per night for this. Soundproofing was also poor; the room has an adjoining door and we could hear a very vocal...

"This is a very tiny room. They provide a wagon to haul all your stuff to the beach, which is close to a half a mile away. They all provide bikes. And a washer and dryer on site. Other than the room being so small this is a good location. But when I say small, I mean, maybe 150 total square feet for the entire space"

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"The room was clean & nicely decorated. The bathroom however, was extremely small with no room to put any toiletries . The location of the hotel’s restaurant was convenient but would have been better if they offered breakfast"
