"Spotless room, close to train station, walkable distance of everything there is to see in Venice.I did not see any staff, but they were present if needed. And I know they were there, every time I'd come back in the late afternoon, my room has been cleaned up, bed was made, coffee replenished, new towel in bathroom. Nothing bad to say about the place."

"I enjoyed the self check in process, very quick and easy. We held onto the key our entire stay and it felt very safe there. While the self check in limits staff exposure, we still stayed in contact with the hotel through out our stay and ran into staff every morning on our way out, he was very friendly and helpful!
