Location is great in nice quite spot away from crowds but located close enough to major spots like St Marks (2) min walk and Rialto bridge maybe 10 minutes. The staff is absolutely amazing so kind and friendly from front desk to bar tenders to bell man and breakfast service they are truly wonderful. "

"Although this property is expensive, the location in Venice is outstanding. The rooms are small and bathroom doesn’t have the room for one’s personal things, and the chest drawers are difficult to pull out, but one overlooks such issues. The staff is great and helpful and totally understands English. "

"My stay at Hotel Principe was wonderful. It was located right on the canal, where I had a perfect view from my balcony. The staff was helpful, the room was elegant and spotless.
