"The restaurant messed up both our dinners on our two days! Didn't put our order in and ge left to go home was the first night. The following night first there and last to be served. Even brought this to the Mgr and she didnt even want to hear or hace time for me. The hotel in, at check in didn't tell us it was cash less."

"We stayed here on the first two days of our honeymoon trip in Italy and could not have been more pleased. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was attractive and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and was well worth the additional cost. The location was excellent, but be advised that you are right next to the Rialto Bridge and the crowds can be a bit daunting."

"This hotel was awesome! My wife and I were treated like a king and queen. The room was nice and big; hotel was very nice, and the rooftop bar was awesome! Everything about this hotel was amazing. Hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. This hotel is located outside the Venice "old town" area and we first thought we might have messed up, but we could not have been more wrong! It is VERY easy to use the water taxis and get to Venice's main sites and attractions in 15 minutes. Also, hotel area is safe and quiet; plenty of restaurants and bars if you don't want to eat in the tourist areas. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice!"
