"Wonderful Stay — True Italian Hospitality! This hotel was absolutely wonderful—we did not want to leave! The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They truly understand hospitality. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything and just minutes from the Rialto Bridge. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The full Italian breakfast was included and was a wonderful way to start each morning. The hotel also provided water and other drinks at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful touch. The AC was fantastic and easily the best we experienced during our Italy trip! After long days of exploring, coming back to a cool, comfortable room made for some of the best sleep we had in Italy. We also appreciated the hotel's hospitality after checkout. They held our luggage while we continued exploring, which allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Venice without carrying our bags around. Everything about our stay was lovely. The location, staff, breakfast, comfort, and thoughtful extras made this hotel stand out. These people understand hospitality! We absolutely loved our stay and truly did not want to leave. We would happily stay here again!"

"Take the orange Alliguna water taxi from the airport then a five minute walk from the Giglio stop. $18 euros pp one way. This boutique hotel is perfect. Short walk to the touristy areas but far enough away to be scenic and quiet and feels like old Venice ! King bed was comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. We were upgraded to a junior suite room 121 with an excellent view of the canal. Well insulated for noise control too. Stay here and you will get your beauty rest!"

"Room was clean, bathroom facilities were great, we really liked the shower. Was nice to have a fridge with water inside, helped us deal with the extreme heat. Overall really really pleased with our stay, staff were super friendly and check in was nice a simple."

"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."

"This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! We had a rough travel journey and were immediately greeted with much needed ice cold lemon water and someone to carry our bags to our room. We got a tour of the property where the restaurants and amenities were explained, as well as details about our room and the complimentary drinks that are provided as each day. Not that this is a huge thing, but this is the first hotel I have stayed at where someone has been fully transparent about cost of mini bar/snack items in the room. So refreshing! The maid service is amazing. Every time we came back to our room our beds were made and we had fresh towels. This summer is SO hot, and our room (and the property overall) has the best air conditioning we’ve felt since being here! The pool is beautiful too! Very relaxing! We wish it was open a bit later in the evening because we enjoy it so much! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will most definitely be returning for further stays in the area! Thank you so much everyone for everything! You have truly made this an experience to remember :)"
