"Disappointing stay despite the good location The location was very good, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was that there was no elevator and around 50 stairs to reach the room. This is a major issue when traveling with luggage, and we were not informed about it when we booked. "kamar bersih, peralatan dapur lengkap, decor modern dan bersih, sangat nyaman. Staf Hotel, Paola sangat ramah, bahkan menyambut kami di pangkalan water taxi untuk mengantar kami ke property hotel, luar biasa."

"Very secure location, apartment was spacious, a lot of snacks, water, sweets waited for us. Check in was easy, locked box for the keys. Communication with Mrs Meda was seamless. We left behind a wires and she messaged immediately- we recovered it quickly! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We will return as we have family in town. "

"I would highly recommend this property, it was very very clean and the staff was very helpful and gave clear directions to the property. They were very quick in answering any questions that I had and helped with directions for best ways to navigate the city."

"Everything I loved."
