"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

However, this time, the bar staff were unhelpful and lazy. The restaurant manager and waitress were rude and the service and food was awful."

"The property front desk was extremely helpful with concierge questions. They booked a restaurant for our group of 8, that was very good. Minor complaint which I find is the same for several euro hotels is the tub shower combo. The tub surround sits way higher than the actual tub itself, easy tripping hazard while exiting. Also the half glass door only covers part of the shower. Lots of water on the floor. And the tub/shower does NOT have non slip decals. I had to use an extra towel on...
