"Everything about this hotel is spectacular!!! It is brand new and everything is great from check-in to what you have in your room and Kitchenette, to the outdoor patio and the onsite laundry that came in very handy!! I’ll be back to this location!!"

"It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us."

"I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and never had a bad stay. The staff is always friendly, especially the front desk staff. The rooms are always spotless and my room was at the end of hall and very quiet. You can easily walk to the mall if you need something. I highly recommend it. I will be back in August and I'm sure it'll be another nice stay."

I got my room and went in the shower, already wet, there was no shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. Everything was out, I had face soap and had to made do with that. Disappointed. "We’ve stayed at this hotel seven different times, usually for 2–3 nights each visit. We always choose it when we come to Portland because it’s nice to get out of downtown, and we love having IKEA nearby. Until this stay, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences.
