"This is a nice motel for a trip to Chicago. Not way outside where it takes too long to get into town, but not in a ton of traffic. The rooms are good for coming back to."

"They put me in a Home Alone Christmas themed room and it was creepy and completely disgusting. Faux poinsettias and weird paraphernalia all over the room. Junk and dust collectors. I booked a king room and they were sold out and acted like that room was an upgrade since they could not accommodate what I booked. They should never give that room to someone unless they specifically ask for it. Very disappointing!"

"Property was clean, front desk staff was super helpful. Parking was ample. Breakfast was fine. This was our second stay at this property in last 6 months."

"The staff was courteous and kind as soon as we walked in. Due to an air conditioning issue (that they were aware of before we got there) they upgraded our room. The layout was practical and the room itself was clean. There is a free breakfast included and it was delicious. I would stay there again!"

"Great location walked to Clark Street Beach and Martin Stadium for a PLL game. Watched some World Cup a block away from hotel, and finished up the evening with a 6 minute walk to SPACE to see a show. Tip- Sherman parking plaza a great value and a 5 minute walk to the hotel."

"-The lobby was packed and only two people at the check-in -There were at least 5 GrubHub delivery drivers taking up the lobby and the entrance -I wanted to have lunch in the bar but it was closed until 5PM (On a Saturday afternoon downtown) A 4 Star hotel with no place to eat -If you wanted early Check-In it was $50. That's just cheap -No ice on my floor -No pool -WiFi for only 1 day. The next day is $10 I'll never stay there again."

"Good location. Modern spacious and well maintained. Our bed was hard as a rock and the AC blew constantly and somewhat noisily in our room. Could hear staff and guests in the hall."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Michigan Avenue and is conveniently close to downtown attractions, including Navy Pier. I didn't use the hotel's amenities or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. One thing to note is that there is no bell service. If you choose to self-park, the parking garage is about 1.5 blocks from the hotel rather than in the building.
