"This Hotel was almost perfect in every way. Nice, Large room, clean, and my room was close to the elevator. The staff from the desk to the waitress to the housekeeper were all very friendly. I would say that the only downside was the $25 a night parking fee. I was there 3 days, and that's $75 plus tax for me to park my own car. I would rather have paid $ 25 per STAY, not per night. That's it, my only complaint. Would stay there again."

"The hotel is new. The staff is super friendly. It's clean, and the room is very nice. The mattress is very comfortable, and I slept well. The TV is a good size and is a smart TV, so it offers other apps to watch. I wasn't sure if it has free Wi-Fi or not because I didn't use it. "I booked the Renaissance because it’s slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, yet still part of the Historic District. The hotel, itself is lovely and has great amenities. The bed may well be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and that counts for a lot after a long day of exploring. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful i would definitely recommend it to any one visiting Historic St. Augustine, FL."
