"The staff were amazing, so kind and so helpful. The rest of the resort was disappointing. The pools and pool deck were slimy and murky with parts of the pool area closed off with orange cones and rope because of gross slippery slime. The hotel is under construction. The restaurant is subpar and overpriced. ..."
