"The room I booked was big, clean and newly renovated, the ambiance fells luxurious. The staff was very helpful, polite, and accommodating. the breakfast buffet offers a different array of choices everyday. I keep coming back to this hotel because of its accessibility to transportation and the restaurants, malls and pharmacy. This hotel is located at the heart of the city, when you step out of the hotel doors, transpo is available to take you anywhere you want. "

"This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one...
