"Het hotel is centraal gelegen met een eigen gedeelte in een parkeergarage. Om binnen te komen heb je 2 codes nodig, die je bij de receptie krijgt.
Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De receptie is heel erg klein waardoor je soms lang moet wachten. Ook het restaurant voor het ontbijt is erg klein, waardoor er opstoppingen ontstaan voor zitplaatsen en buffet. Het personeel werkt keihard, maar kunnen het soms niet bijbenen, omdat veel dingen sneller aangevuld dienen te worden en de keuken...

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...
